The Death of Dispensational Eschatology

Dispensationalism relies heavily on the idea that the time-specific prophecies in the Book of Daniel and Book of Revelation are interconnected to reveal a specific timeline for future events. Without the link between Daniel and Revelation, many of the traditional end time interpretative approaches, such as the gap theory used to interpret the “seventy weeks” in Daniel 9:24-27, cannot be supported from the biblical text, forcing dispensationalists to rethink their framework of how the end times unfold. This book will explore that dynamic.
